Aquinas was proud to send students to the American Legion's Buckeye Girls & Boys States again this year. The students selected to represent STA at Girls State were Ava Dublikar and Grace Tabellion. Representing STA at Boys State was Luke Gordon.
Buckeye Boys and Girls State is an American Legion program that brings together more than 2,000 young men and women from 600+ high schools across Ohio. Buckeye Girls State is a week-long program, held at Mount Union. Buckeye Boys State is also a week-long program, held at Miami University. The week is intended to educate delegates about the inner workings of government and the privileges, rights, and responsibilities of good citizenship.
