May 5-11 is Mental Health Awareness Week at CCHS

This week CCHS has joined with school districts across the county, in partnership with Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health, and designated May 5-11, as Mental Health Awareness Week. We will be doing a variety of activities to mark the week such as special student body announcements, giveaways during lunch, and sharing messages of hope.

Over the last few years, we've selected students to be our "Mental Health Champions" representatives. These students are willing to talk about mental health and want to raise awareness so that more people, who need it, receive help.

We're pleased to announce that our Class of 2025 Mental Health Champions are Addison Burgess, Jonathan Stangl, and Isis Hall.

Special thanks to our past Mental Health Champions:
Sydney Turner, Gabe Grisez, Madison Heiser, Class of 2024
Allie Drlik & Christian Vannan, Class of 2023
Ella Salvino, Class of 2022.

Together, they want to END the stigma and encourage each of us to talk about mental health.
