St. Paul School Theatre to Present "Beauty and the Beast Jr."

St. Paul School Theatre is preparing to bring the beloved fairy tale "Beauty and the Beast" to life on stage at the historic Canton Palace Theater. Under the direction of Miss Taylor Bond and Miss Lisa Knight, a cast of 53 students from grades 4-8 will perform the junior musical version of the classic Disney story from April 26-28, 2024.
 
Based on the Academy Award-winning animated film, "Beauty and the Beast Jr." follows the adventures of Belle, a bright young woman from a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped under a spell. With an engaging musical score including songs like "Be Our Guest" and "Beauty and the Beast," the show promises to enchant audience members of all ages.
