Job Opening: STA Girls Volleyball Head Coach


Position: High School Varsity Volleyball Coach 

St. Thomas Aquinas High School is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our athletic department as a High School Girl's Volleyball Coach. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of volleyball techniques, and strategies, and possess strong leadership skills to mentor and inspire our student-athletes. 

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective training programs for skill development and team cohesion. 
• Plan and execute engaging and competitive practices. 
• Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their individual and team performance.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting sportsmanship and teamwork. 
• Coordinate with school administration, parents, and other individuals to ensure the smooth operation of the volleyball program. 
• Attend meetings and trainings as required by the school and relevant sports associations. 

Qualifications:
• Previous coaching experience in high school or club-level volleyball. 
• Knowledge of current coaching techniques, rules, and regulations in high school volleyball. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes both on and off the court. 
• Willingness to adhere to the school’s Catholic values and guidelines.
